I thought it was a set of four like in the picture but only two shocks came. But it wasn’t 2 rear or 2 front shocks, it was 2 left/right shocks

Who makes Rancho shocks?
Rancho is a brand of DRiV Incorporated, the aftermarket division of Tenneco, headquartered in Northville, Michigan. The brand has specialized in off-road suspension since 1955 and shares engineering resources with sister brand Monroe.
What warranty do Rancho shocks have?
Qualifying Rancho products — quickLIFT, RS9000XL shocks/struts, RS7MT shocks/struts, RS5000 steering stabilizers, RS5000X shocks and light-truck suspension components — carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle they were installed on. rockGEAR carries a 1-year warranty and RS9000XL extended-length units carry 90 days.
What makes the RS9000XL special?
The RS9000XL is Rancho's flagship adjustable shock: a 9-position tuning knob lets you dial damping firmness from soft highway cruising to firm loaded-towing or aggressive off-road control, without removing the shock from the vehicle.
Are Rancho parts good for daily driving?
Yes. Rancho shocks and suspension systems are application-tuned for both pavement and trail, and lines like RS5000X and quickLIFT are designed as direct bolt-on upgrades that keep factory ride comfort while adding off-road capability and leveled stance.
Does buying from a marketplace void the Rancho warranty?
It can. DRiV's warranty policy states purchases from unauthorized retailers, unauthorized online sellers, auction sites or private third-party sales are not eligible for warranty coverage. Buy from an authorized retailer and keep your dated receipt to preserve the limited lifetime warranty.
