AutoBuffy ships anywhere in the United States. However, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico may incur additional shipping charges.
AutoBuffy is open for shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
AutoBuffy’s support team answers questions from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am EST to 5:00 PM EST. No matter what, our team tries to answer your questions as soon as we get the opportunity.
If you find something you’re interested in, click on the item to view the product details. You’ll find all the information that is available about that product. This information includes product description, information, applications it fits, fitment information, as well as policies in regards to this product.

Absolutely not! As long as we have enough inventory, anything that is listed on AutoBuffy, you can buy as much or as little as you like. It’s completely up to you.
Click the shopping cart icon and you’ll notice a “remove” red button. Click that and the product will be deleted from your cart. You’ll also have the option to remove it while checking out.
To view the status of your order, log into your AutoBuffy account and you’ll be able to track the order you want an update on. You can also click the order status button on the top toolbar. You’ll need your order number on hand also.
Shipping addresses can always be added, removed, and edited in your AutoBuffy dashboard. Simply go to your addresses section and add or delete any address.
If you want to change an address after placing an order, please contact us at here. Please note that a delivery address cannot be changed after an order has shipped. Always carefully review your shipping information while placing an order.
When you place an order, you will automatically be assigned a tracking number. Our system will also update you when an order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

We want you to be happy with your AutoBuffy product, but we get it that from time to time, things just don’t work out. If you’d like to return any item and receive a refund, simply contact our customer support team and they’ll assist you the best they can.
When looking at an item, you can see the type of warranty policy we have for that item. It’s important to note that all products sold by AutoBuffy are warrantied for one year, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
All parts eligible for a full money-back refund must be unused, in original packing, and returned within 30 days of sale. Items received within 30 days that show signs of use or damage will have a 25% restocking fee assessed. Items returned after 30 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
You will be responsible for both the original shipping and return freight costs. If the wrong part is shipped, AutoBuffy will absorb all expenses in the return of the part.

Our goal is to ship you the product in the fastest way possible. We group items based on shipping time. That’s why you’ll notice some group of items may have one order number and a different item may have another order number.
You will also get a confirmation for all your order numbers, so carefully review that information in your dashboard.

All parts are guaranteed to fit the vehicles listed in the compatibility chart. If your part does not fit, please contact us here. Please also include your vehicle's year, make, model, engine size, transmission type (automatic or manual), drive type (FWD, RWD, AWD, 4WD), and VIN number.
