Auto Buffy Inc. operates autobuffy.com as our direct-to-consumer storefront. References to "AutoBuffy", "we", or "us" in this Warranty Policy refer to Auto Buffy Inc. and its retail operations. Our headquarters is located at 8700 Larkin Rd, Savage, MD 20763.
AutoBuffy provides a 24-month limited warranty on new products purchased directly from autobuffy.com. This warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the coverage period. Warranty terms provided by authorized resellers may differ; please consult your original retailer if you did not purchase from autobuffy.com.
Replacement of a part that fails due to a manufacturing defect within 24 months of the invoice date.
Reasonable shipping costs associated with sending a replacement product (ground service within the continental United States). Expedited shipping upgrades remain the customer's responsibility.
If the original part is discontinued, AutoBuffy may provide a comparable product of equal or greater value.
Labor charges, diagnostic fees, shop supplies, towing, rental vehicles, or any consequential damages arising from part failure.
Improper installation, misuse, racing or competition use, commercial fleet use without prior authorization, accidents, modifications, or operation outside published specifications.
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or damage caused by other vehicle components (for example, engine fluid leaks that degrade a mount).
Products that show signs of installation attempts, alteration, or removal of identifying marks or labels.
Email support@autobuffy.com with your order number, the part number in question, photos or video that illustrate the defect, and a brief description of the failure. Claims must be submitted within the warranty window.
We may request return of the defective item for inspection. In that case a prepaid return label is provided. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receiving a label may void the claim.
Once the part is inspected and approved, a replacement ships within 1–2 business days. If a replacement is not available, a refund to the original payment method is issued.
Retain your order confirmation email or invoice; proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Ensure a qualified technician performs installation. Most drivetrain and suspension components require specialized tools and torque procedures. Damage caused by improper installation is excluded from coverage.
Stop driving immediately if a part shows signs of failure. Continued operation after failure can create additional vehicle damage that is not covered.
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for defective products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBuffy disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. AutoBuffy is not responsible for incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
