Ordered pump & rec'd it but handn't changed it yet ... sent email July 3 asking to please confirm it was correct even though confirmed when ordered. NO RESPONSE.. Request AGAIN July 10 and NO RESPONSE.. This is NOT good customer service.. NOT a happy camper.. Product MAY be good, but service appears to suck so far
