Ride control since 1916 — OE supplier to Ford, GM, Toyota. Shop the full Monroe catalog for your exact year, make and model.
Monroe has been helping the world ride safely for over a century - the brand invented much of modern ride control after its 1916 founding in Monroe, Michigan, and today anchors Tenneco's DRiV aftermarket group. Monroe pioneered the Quick-Strut, the first complete, ready-to-install strut assembly combining strut, spring, and mount in one unit, and its OESpectrum, Reflex, Sensa-Trac, and Gas-Magnum lines are engineered to restore original ride, handling, and control on cars, SUVs, and light trucks. Qualifying Monroe shocks and struts carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers not just defects but wear-out, for as long as you own your vehicle.
Pick by how the vehicle is used, not by price alone.
Monroe's OE-matched line, valved to the same specs the factory used. It restores original ride height, braking stability and steering feel rather than trying to improve on them. The choice when a customer says "make it drive like it did new."
A complete corner in one box: strut, coil spring, upper mount and bearing plate, pre-assembled and pre-torqued. Removes the spring compressor from the job entirely, which is why it is the line most DIY installers pick for a front strut replacement.
Reflex uses an impact-sensing valve that firms up under load and softens over small bumps. On a loaded pickup or a tall SUV it noticeably reduces body roll and shortens the settle after a dip, without turning the ride harsh when the bed is empty.
The entry point into the Monroe range — a twin-tube damper with all-weather fluid and Monroe's fitment coverage, at the lowest price per corner. Right for older, higher-mileage vehicles where the goal is safe, controlled damping rather than a factory-fresh feel.
An honest, factual side by side of Monroe and KYB so you can pick on feel, fit and price rather than marketing.

Zero stars they sent the wrong struts and won’t send a shipping label for the return you can not talk to anyone they send the same automated emails every time I send one requesting a shipping label horrible customer service and impossible to get your money back don’t use this company ever
Items were never delievered, still waiting on refund.WOULD NOT RECCOMEND
I got them a few days ago and installed. Took a 1,000 mile round trip ride and noticed a big difference in the ride of my truck. Happy with the purchase so far.
The box was delivered but the shocks were not in it! The box was open. My neighbor claimed to see the delivery driver talking to a man when he delivered the package. I still need the shocks! I tried to look up the tracking number and it disappeared? That is all I know. I guess the box was put out in the recycle bin. -Ugh!-
