Order an alternator for a 2.4l 4 cylinder and got 3.5l v6.
Needed a terminal B+ extender for ease of installation. Otherwise it looked good, not a reman. My last reman did not work at all and it cost me $1,000 for an emergency replacement.
I received the incorrect parts and I am not getting any response from you yet about return and replacement.
I WOULD NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They’re running a scam you order the correct parts but what you order doesn’t show up. When you try to contact someone no answer when you create an account to do the return it doesn’t work. I HAD TO DISPUTE this transaction through my bank for fraud! I’d highly recommend buying elsewhere they even tried to scam me a second time when they offered another email saying oh is this the part you’re looking for well just buy these ones so SCAM SCAM SCAM! Beware!

Wrongly advertised product
The package arrived without any damage. I only received the coils but no spark plugs. I sent a message to “Jane A” asking about how to return the coils and receive a full refund. I never received a reply. Please let me know how to return the coils and receive a refund. Thank you, Jason Critchley
