I ordered two sets. You chose to send only one set without confirming with me. One set is for one side of the truck front end. I need one set for both sides. You failed to contact me to confirm if I needed both and only shipped one. I contacted you on Monday and You said it would ship on Tuesday July 6. I have no confirmation that it was shipped. You now have put me in the back of the queue at my mechanics garage and I will be down another two weeks because of your mistake.
It was just as described and arrived when it was expected. It's a specialty part that should be sold as is but not offered by ford by itself. You need to buy it with the two harnesses that come off it as a unit for a much higher cost. I think the item I purchased from you was actually a heavier piece than the oem part I had to replace.
