Definitely stiffer reflex and fitment is correct . These shocks do come with locknut for threaded shaft after swapping pieces from old shock tops .

What warranty do KYB products carry?
All branded KYB shock absorbers, struts, Strut-Plus assemblies, and strut cartridges carry a lifetime warranty for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle (electronic and self-leveling units excluded). Strut mounts, boots, hardware, coil springs, steering stabilizers, and other non-damper components carry a 1-year warranty.
