No issues with parts quality. But 1 of the 4 mounts was wrong. After 9 days from initial delivery I got the correct part. Problem is customer service. Some one finally answered the phone after 10 tries. No one ever answered after that. It's all handled by email. It's a very slow process. I will hesitate to purchase again. Shipping issues are bound to happen but talking to a bot is unacceptable. Get live customer service.
